I have tried to order products multiple times here. The products are never completed or the orders are never started. I end up wasting time just putting orders in. I would highly recommend going somewhere else

I have had several orders placed and will no longer do business here. They quote a day for pick up and the orders take a week or longer to be completed. This last item was completed incorrectly and took even longer to fix. The staff is nice but they offer no real help other than to “call the owner” to get updates. AAFES needs to cut ties and end the contract for them to do business on post.

We have called and emailed multiple times about the status of our order that we dropped off a month ago. We live 2 hours away and it is not convenient to drive that far, just to get an update on when our order will be complete. This business needs to answer their phone and email or else they will continue to lose business.

Edited to add: After filing this review and complaint with their main Speciality Shop head in Graf, we finally got an answer on our order. We picked it up and the quality of work on the items was excellent. They turned out very beautiful and professional looking. If this business had just answered their phone or emails, they would be getting 5 stars.
