Vor ca. 6 Wochen haben wir zwei Strickjacken zur Änderung gebracht. Nach dreimaligen Erscheinen im Ladengeschäft war der Auftrag immer noch nicht erfolgt, obwohl der Abholtermin schon fest stand. Unsere Telefonnummer war richtig hinterlegt, aber kein Anruf von seitens des Unternehmens. Service grottenschlecht - nie wieder!!! Ich frage mich wo die "supertollen" Bewertungen herkommen! Nicht mal einen Stern wert - leider blieb mir keine andere Wahl, sonst hätte ich keine Bewertung abgeben können. Die Qualität der Näharbeiten können wir nicht beurteilen, weil wir unsere Sachen - unverrichteter Dinge - wieder mitnahmen.

The owners of Pioneer Alterations are truly experts of their craft. They were extremely helpful to me with my request for alterations. I was astonished by how quickly they worked and with 0 errors. I came a very long way to utilize their services and I was not disappointed. 5 star service and I will definitely recommend going to them, because they know what they are doing and are a pleasure to speak with as well.

An amazing family owned business! Very quick turn around time, they provide friendly and professional service. Not only that, if you have special requests they will work will work with you!
I had my ASU’s, couple OCP’s and a few jackets altered there and it couldn’t have been done better.
If anyone is looking for alterations other then on-post this is the place to go. HIGHLY Recommend.
