Caleb and Kamryn were very knowledgeable and super easy to work with. We had two roofers come give us quotes 30 minutes apart and Caleb was SO MUCH MORE thorough. The other person gave us a lower quote but didn’t even look at everything so by the time he actually got on the roof during the process, it most likely would have been the same as KL or even more. The final amount for our roof was only a few hundred dollars more than the quote with KL so that just shows how through and knowledgeable they are. Highly recommend. We picked Williamsburg gray color.

Thank you Caleb! My mother had a leak and I called and left a message on a Sunday and on Monday morning I got a call back and then an appointment for Caleb to come out right away. I was pleasantly surprised with the knowledgeable, honest, and thorough explanation about what was going on. Turns out two other family members have used KL Smith to do their roof. K. L. Smith Roofing Contractors has been a God send to me since 2016 after hurricane Irma. Irma took the whole roof off off my house leaving only the rafters. James Middleton came with a crew immediately to replace the roof. I chose Florida hurricane grade shingles to go on that roof and to this day, this roof has held secure. After the full force of hurricane Milton, I lost 6 shingles and they were replaced at no charge. I must say that I highly recommend K. L. Smith Contractors. They are professional and reliable in the wake of a storm.

K.L. Smith Roofing replaced our roof over 10 years ago. They provided a competitive price and excellent workmanship. Ryan was very accommodating. We were very happy with the experience. A few years later they replaced our double front doors and side lights with two 8’ x 3’ doors modifying the existing opening. JR devised the trim design to provide just what we wanted. Recently during a tropical storm, we developed a leak in our family room. K.L. Smith Roofing came out in a timely manor reminding us of our appt. the day before and again updating us confirming their arrival time. J R found a couple problem areas and repaired them on the spot. He wouldn’t accept payment providing his work as a complimentary visit. The leaks weren’t the result of anything due to the installation over 10 years prior. It was just normal wear and tear. They are an excellent, long established contractor who truly believes in a “customer first” philosophy. I know several people who have used them and everyone had an excellent experience. I highly recommend them for your roofing needs.

This visit for me was to repair hurricane damage to our roof. That said the roof is about 8 years old and only have VERY minor damage. Two shingles lost another bent of that I had found one of the lost shingles. They came out and fixed the three issues and even left me a couple of spare shingles all at no charge. Most roofers that I have dealt with would have charged me a service call, but K.L. Smith did the repairs at no charge. This is the third roof for this house and by far this is the best roofer!

Caleb came out to our house to look at our roof and sealed a leak from our chimney. He was on time, professional, honest, and truly looked out for our best interest. You don’t get this kind of service anymore and we will use then from now on. If you have any roofing needs, call K.L Smith.
