I loved her treatments they were actually working and I consistently was going. It was better than any chiropractic/ massage treatment i have had before.

Then about after 11 visits with her she checked my insurance and told me that "I AM A WASTE OF HER TIME TO TREAT ME" based on what my insurance is paying her. I asked her why she was speaking and treating to me like i did something wrong to her and she said that she is mad how much she got paid through the insurance.

I have no control of payments from the insurance and there is a contracted rate with my insurance. I did tell her that whoever is doing the billing all my claim were different and maybe there was a issue with billing because i did see she got $103 on the third visit then the rest went $65 and some with plus co-pay for. Aetna reprocessed and she got $80 plus co-pay !! Then try to double bill for the same after this encounter !

She continued to talk down to me as if it were my fault saying i demand curtain treatment. I just tell her my pain and she would put a needle somewhere to help it. I didnt know anything different.

Thinking about it she said i was a waste of her time. But since she runs the office by her self trying to treat 4 patients at once i would be there almost 2 hours! I was fine and understood but after being treated this way she would waste my time as well.

Make sure your insurance pays her enough before seeking treatment. Don't get me wrong her methods of acupuncture are wonderful but her professionalism is not there.

I’ve met Celina Chau at my client’s home when she was in Sydney Australia about a week ago. During our conversation, I mentioned that I have had a sore right knee for about 3 months, I couldn’t walk properly and sit in the office for long time…. Celina quickly checked on my knee and pulled out her acupuncture kit and started the treatment. About half an hour later she pulled out the needles from my right knee and toe, I felt a little pain relief from the knee at that time. On the third day after the treatment, I was pain free on my right knee, I could walk and climb stairs without pain. 1 treatment, amazing result, I would recommend anyone who has knee problems like me to see Celina straightaway.

I went because of the good reviews. First visit, she pinch a nerve and it was painful for 2 days.
Second visit, she just call me to the room, I asked to be careful with my nerve. She asked is your left back right? I said yes. After the treatment she said “ok Laura you’re done” my name is not laura. She didn’t even know who it was, didn’t have my records available. There is no receptionist or any other help, she does everything. Sorry, not impressed, not going back.

I really love going to K.L. Family acupuncture & herb! Celina is amazing! I came in one month ago for pain in my neck, back and left arm due to a herniated disc. All doctors that I have seen have all said nothing will work that I needed to have surgery! I am not one to rush into something like that. So I’ve done research and I came across K.L and I haven’t felt any more pain in my problem areas! She is absolutely amazing! She is very caring and understanding.
