I’m an owner at Grand Central Square apartments who has never had a good experience with this company. I always get a rude response, condescension and a “who cares” attitude. All while being told to voice my complaints to the Board of Directors. Currently waiting to hear back from the President and VP. Florida is under a heat advisory and they decided to jack up our HOA fees, and then destroy the pool before summer. It STILL isn’t fixed and all residents are without a pool. This all around lack of concern and urgency to fix multiple issues is a serious problem. Wishing I could just sell my condo and move on from all the frustration I’ve encountered in 5+ years of living here.

This company doesn't exist!!! They are the manager of Grand Central Square condos, it's neighbors from my home, and there's trees needing trim, the fences are falling apart. I'm trying to talk with the manager from the building before the hurricane season begins, but it's impossible. The worst service on management.

The roof destroyed the interior living room ceiling due to the managements neglect to properly fix the roof. The interior repair was 1/2 completed & looks horrible.

We have tried to resolve this matter with KL management directly at the association since June of this year. We have received few responses back & when he actually did respond, he simply stated this is not his responsibility.

I’ve owned this unit since 2007 & have had several roof leaks due to the neglect on our roof & the association has always been responsible for this & properly completed the job until now.

Today, we received a letter that appears to be a direct retaliation regarding him increasing the common fee monthly rate. This management company has poorly taken care of my building for the last 17yrs & for what they are charging, I’d love a breakdown of where all of our money is going!

I am a renter who has been dealing with this company while there’s flooding in my bathroom and there is absolutely no sense of urgency on their end. There are lots of passive aggressive emails, and a woman named Lauren was very rude to me on the phone. She was annoyed by my work schedule as if I didn’t want the issue fixed. She definitely shouldn’t be allowed to talk to anyone in a professional setting. Avoid if you can.

If I could give a less than one star I would. The woman who answered the phone seemed she'd never dealt with an actual homeowner in her lifetime. Renters are slightly different...Customer service regardless is the same. She was rude, argued with me, asked for personal information when I ask simple yes or no questions and I'm usually nonconfrontional. Keith, whoever the lady was who answered the call this past Monday morning was absolutely despicable and very unprofessional regarding general questions about a 1.5 foot wide over 10 yr old fence taken by Irma.

I think this is must be worst management group out there. Very unprofessional. I got fined for a $15,- late payment. Payment was on autopay and one month was missed before I changed it. I got an attorney invoice for more than $300,- (no joke). I called the office and left severe voicemails. I pointed this out when they finally got back to me. The women literally a laugh as an response. Very disappointing

All of the negative reviews are true! I dealt with one of the association managers Keith and he was very condescending and unpleasant.

Does this company have any set working hours? They take forever to respond to email and other inquiries. Terrible. Only deal with them because they are the company my Townhouse chose.
