I recently went there to buy parts, and the staff was so friendly that I was able to buy them very easily.

All the staff are friendly. When I asked a question I didn't know, they found a staff member who knew the answer and helped me a lot. I would like to visit again.

The products are diverse, but I see a lot of empty space... but there are always items I'm looking for.

I tried calling this store site to see if they had the video game I wanted in stock (the website only showed one copy) before driving significantly out of my way to pick it up. Regretfully, Best Buy the Company has routed all customer service calls through an off site location and they had “no way to connect me with someone in the store.” I shop through brick and mortar stores for customer service. I’m bummed that they’re continuing to turn more and more virtual.

I recently purchased an open-box computer from Best Buy (120 E Imperial Hwy, Fullerton, CA 92835), and it turned out to be defective (blue screen issue). Following their online return process, I went to the store at 123 Orangefair Mall, Fullerton, CA 92832. However, the manager refused my return and insisted I go back to the original store, even though the return instructions did not specify this requirement. I intended to purchase a new computer at the 123 Orangefair Mall location but changed my mind due to the terrible service. I will also close all my Best Buy accounts forever. No wonder why Best Buy keeps losing customers.

BB always provides an experience I expect which for me is good because I hate a bad experience from an established store. Plus they have some cool collectibles offers now and then like their Dragonball Z line of figurines. Can't wait for the Arcane line of figurines if that ever comes out. Bro been standing around for an hour in the electronics section trying to get help after looking for a while. And everyone I keep talking too for just a simple question is telling me to wait on a list I have to sign up for and the wait list is another hour. Meanwhile there 20 employees just walking around asking if you need help. And when you say yes electronics they say. We’ll join the list. So stupid

Came to this Best Buy while out of town and my wireless mouse quit working. Once in the store and noticed at least 5+ employees standing around doing nothing and none bothered to ask if I needed any help. Finally I asked one and he told me where the mouses were but he nor the others standing around bothered to help me decide which one of the 100 mouses I might want or need. Finally picked out the same one I already had and when I approached the counter to pay there were several people in line and only one cashier working while 2 people stood 10' away at the door talking and looking on their cell phones and as I looked around at least 5 others were just walking around the store or standing looking at their cell phones. This is why I use Amazon and never shop at Best Buy, but needed one immediately.
